AbstractTema završnog rada je moć i pregovaranje. Da bi se sklopio neki dogovor ili sporazum, potrebno je koristiti pregovaranje. Pregovaranje je proces koji se javlja u različitim životnim situacijama kako bi ljudi postigli ono što žele. Kod pregovaranja vrlo bitna stavka je moć, koju svaka osoba posjeduje, ali vrlo je bitno znati koristiti i raspolagati s moći pregovaranja koju posjedujemo.Kod pregovaranja između dviju ili više osoba zna doći do konflikta odnosno nesporazuma, koji rijetko kada završi s pozitivnim dogovorom. Važno je naglasiti najvažnijeg čimbenika za uspješno pregovaranje, a to smo mi sami. Možemo se u potpunosti kontrolirati, odlučiti kako ćemo se pripremiti, te kako ćemo pregovarati za pregovaračkim stolom itd.Kod pregovaranja je važno imati strategiju, a to znači postaviti ciljeve, definirati pretpostavke i odabrati najvažnija sredstva kako pobijediti . Svakom pregovaraču je važno da posjeduje moć jer zahvaljujući njoj on postiže svoje ciljeve, brani svoje interese i sklapa sporazume .

Parallel abstract (English)Subject of final paper is the power of negotiating. To conclude a deal or contract it's very important to negotiate before everything. Negotiating is process that apears in different life situations and it's used to get what it's wanted. When it comes to negotiations, very important factor is power witch every person possess. It's really important to know how to use power of negotiating. When two or more people are in process of negotiations, conflict or missunderstanding are often part of it. Conflict usually never comes with positive results. It's important to know that the most important part of negotiating are ourselves. We can completely controle ourselves, we can decide how to prepare for negotiating and use our power at the negotiating table. In process of negotiations, it's important to have strategy, witch means set goals, define assumptions and choose the best way how to win. Every negotiator has to possess power because that's key to accomplish goals, defend interests and to conclude deals.
