Abstract
Cilj ovoga rada je pojasniti odnos komunikacija unutar različitih organizacija te čimbenike koji utječu na to kao i vrste općenitih komunikacija. U 70-im godinama prošloga stoljeća uočena je međuzavisnost i složenost unutrašnjih i vanjskih čimbenka koji djeluju na učinkovitost organizacije što dovodi do pojave novog znanstvenog područja zvanog organizacijsko ponašanje. Temelj ovoga rada je komunikacija. Sama komunikacija je razmjena informacija , ideja i osjećaja verbalnim i neverbalnim sredstvima, prilagođena društvenoj prirodi situacije tj. situacijskom kontekstu . Ponekad cjelokupan uspjeh posla i neke organizacije može ovisiti uvelike o komunikaciji. Komunikacija pojedinaca i grupa proizlazi iz komunikacijskih potreba sudionika. Ova tema je važna za organizacijko komuniciranje iz više razloga, a to su korespodencija, razmjenjivanje i obrađivanje informacija, izdavanja naloga, obavještavanja nadležnih o strategijama, podnošenja ozvještaja, komuniciranja s poslovnim partnerima i javnošću.Loša komunikacija može značiti propast tj neuspjeh projekta unatoč svim ostalim pozitivnim ilil čak i odličnim značajkama. Isto tako dobro poznavanje odgovarajuće komuninikacije u pravo vrijeme može značiti uspjeh čak i za onaj projekt koji nije imao preduvjeta za uspjeh. U poslovnom svijetu je važno kako za i vanjsko okruženje tako i za unutarnje okruženje da se realizira što kvalitetnija komunikacija. U prvome poglavlju ćemo razraditi pojam komunikacije i općenite činjenice vezane za to područje. U drugome poglavlju ćemo spojiti komunikacju sa organizacijom te objasniti formalnu i neformalnu komunikaciju, kao i horizontalnu te vertikalnu. U idućem poglavlju ćemo pisati o tipovima organizacijskih struktura, podjeli i elementima. Zatim slijedi poglavlje o aspektima komunikacije organizaciji gdje ćemo među ostalim razraditi i model komuniciranja te proces komunikacije. Te zadnje poglavlje posvećeno specifičnim komunikacijskim vještinama u organizaciji u kojem ćemo pisati o intervjuu, vođenju sastanka, prezentiranju, pregovaranju te konstruktivnom rješavanju sukoba. Svrha je bolji uvid u važnost komunikacije u današnjem poslovnom svijetu kroz organizaciju.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to clarify the relationship of communication within different organizations and the factors that affects types of general communication. In the 70s of the last century it was observed interdependence and complexity of internal and external factors acting on the effectiveness of the organization, which leads to making the appearance of the new scientific field called organizational behavior. The basis of this work is communication. The importance of communication is the exchange of information, ideas and feelings verbal and non-verbal means, adapted to the social nature of the situation called. situational context. Sometimes entire success of organization can depend greatly of communication. Communication individuals and groups stems from the communication needs of participants. This topic is important for communication organization for many reasons, like correspondence, exchanging and processing information, issuing the order, informing the competent strategies, filing formulars, communicating with business partners and the public ... bad communication can mean failure of the project despite all other positive or even excellent features. Also good knowledge of appropriate communication at the right time can mean success even for the one project that was not a prerequisite for success. In the business world is important for both the external environment and also for internal environment to realize the best possible communication.
