Parallel abstract (English)This work explains theme - assisted reproductive technology with medical, legal and ethical point of view. Since our society is finger pointing to the child of science or adopted child we need to use our own words to explain how these children, who are not like other, came into the world and why their parents adopted them. It is the time that our so-called modern society recognize that all human beings are equal, whether conceived in or out of wedlock, in happiness or in an accident, at home or with the help of science, or rejected at birth. Science that study the transfer of life have made so significant improvements that their development has significantly overtaken the evolution of ideas and mentality. Time is always necessary to adjust world view of scientific to the new scientific achievements since the mechanisms of transmission of life fascinated people, awoke curiousity and wrangling between philosophers and scientists.
