AbstractZa svako poduzeće koje želi biti uspješno postizanje kvalitete je veoma važno jer je kvaliteta jedna od prednosti koje poduzeće ima ispred konkurencije. Važnost kvalitete ogledava se kroz ostvarenja temeljnih ciljeva tvrtke osiguravajući time opstanak i razvoj tvrtke. Auditiranje je nezavisna ocjena kvalitete koja se ostvaruje prikupljanjem podataka o sustavu kvalitete tvrtke. Smjernice za auditiranje sustava upravljanja kvalitetom sastoji se iz tri dijela: upravljanje programom audita (nezavisnog ocjenjivanja), provođenje audita i kompetencije i ocjenjivanje auditora. Za svakog auditora potrebno je sveobuhvatno obrazovanje vezano za Sustave upravljanja kvalitetom, normama vezanima uz kvalitetu kao i tehnikama kojima se mjeri uspješno postizanje kvalitete. U ovom radu se obrađuje proces auditiranja Sustava upravljanja kvalitetom od strane osposobljenih i ovlaštenih auditora.

Parallel abstract (English)For every company that wants to be successful achievement of quality is very important because quality is one of the advantages that the company has ahead of the competition. The importance of quality is reflected in the realization of the fundamental objectives of the company by ensuring the survival and development of the company. Auditing is an independent assessment of quality, which is achieved by collecting data on the quality system of the company. Guidelines for auditing quality managment system consists of three parts: program managment audit (independent assessment), conducting audits and compentence and evaluation of auditors. For each auditor needs to comprehensive education regarding the quality managment system standards related to quality as well as techniques used to measure successful achievement of quality. This paper deals with the process of auditing the Quality Managment System by trained and authorized auditors
