Abstract
Tema ovog rada definira zaštićena područja, njihovu namjenu i ciljeve te izvore financiranja kojima se ostvaruju postavljene strategije. Da bi mogla funkcionirati zaštićena područja trebaju financijska sredstva koja će usmjeriti u svoj rad, rast i razvoj, a koja će prvenstveno biti namijenjena zaštiti specifičnih krajolika, lokaliteta i krajobraza. Prvi dio rada tematski obrađuje zaštićeno područje, povijesni razvoj i nastanak zaštićenih područja te njihovu podjelu. Pored tematske cjeline, naglasak je stavljen i na upravljanju zaštićenim područjem budući da je ono važan čimbenik u aktiviranju izvora financiranja kao i u raspodjeli novčanih sredstava. U drugom dijelu rada sustavno su opisani izvori financiranja, odnosno načini na koje zaštićena područja pribavljaju potrebna financijska sredstva koja potom usmjeravaju na zašitu. Budući da je zaštita okoliša dio sustava zaštićenog područja, u ovom dijelu su opisani i izvori koji financiraju zaštitu okoliša.
Abstract (english)
This work defines protected areas, their purpose and objectives and sources of funding for the realization of the set strategy. Protected areas need financial resources that will focus in their work, growth and development, which will be primarily intended to protect specific landscapes and sites. The first part of the work deals with thematic protected area, historical development and the creation of protected areas and their distribution. In addition to topics, emphasis is placed on the management of the protected area since it is an important factor in activating sources of funding as well as the allocation of funds. The second part systematically describes the sources of financing, and the ways in which protected areas securing the necessary financial resources that they direct to sew. Since the protection of the environment part of the protected area, in this section are described and the sources that finance environmental protection.
