Abstract
Planiranje je danas izuzetno važno kako bi poduzeće moglo dobro poslovati i rješavati probleme s kojima se može susresti. Svako poduzeće planira kako bi moglo donositi odluke o ciljevima, sredstvima, rezultatu i ponašanjima. Planiranjem poduzeće zna zašto postoji, koje su mu dobre, a koje loše strane, koje prilike i prijetnje dolaze iz eksterne okoline, te temeljem toga uspostavlja standarde poslovanja. Upravo zbog toga planiranje je temeljna, polazna funkcija menadžmenta gdje se definiraju misija, vizija, ciljevi i strategije za buduće poslovanje. Cilj rada je prikazati način planiranja u poduzeću Healthy Rest j.d.o.o. koja trenutno posluje u ugostiteljstvu.
Abstract (english)
Planning is now extremely important for the company who can have a good business and solve problems inside and outside company. Every company is planning to bring decision on the objectives, resources, results and behavior. With planning company know why it excist, what are their goods, and weaknesses, opportunitets and underminded that come from extrime environment and considering of the above the company establish standards of business. This is why, management is starting function that define vision, mission, goals and strategy for future business. The goal of this work is to describe the way of planning of Healthy Rest j.d.o.o.
