Poslovni uspjeh menadžera ovisi o njegovim znanjima i vještinama,više nego li do njegove osobnosti.

Parallel abstract (English)Abstract Managers at all levels of management have certain knowledge and skills to successfully do their jobs. Business success depends on its managers skills, more than to its personality. Everyone who sees himself as a manager, regardless of the managerial level, must possess, improve and develop the knowledge and skills necessary for the performance of management functions. Negotiation is a process in which an appropriate way in order to get something from someone who wants something from us, the process in which the two sides or a more parties exchange goods and services and try to agree on the rate of exchange, and joint decision-making process when the parties involved have different desires . . When we talk about the art of negotiation, we do not mean just the negotiation "at the table", but also on the planning and preparation that needs to be done in advance and the analysis and evaluation to be carried out during and after the completion of negotiations. In addition to these aspects, your negotiation skills will improve understanding and conscious use of frameworks, concepts, methods, structures, processes of negotiation and the use of feedback whenever possible, but in the context of a particular bargaining situations. It is important to emphasize that the most important factors for a successful negotiation - and that is you - you can fully control: you can decide how you prepare, how you negotiate at the bargaining table, what will take its decisions by a number of other things.
