Abstract
Tema završnog rada je opis pojma komunikacije, interneta te zaštita informacija i podataka u komunikaciji. Također, objašnjena je razlika između podatka i informacije. Nakon toga pojašnjen je pojam interneta kao i njegova uloga u komunikaciji. Rad se bavi razmatranjem pojmova znanosti o kriptologiji i njenim granama kriptoanalizi i kriptolografiji s time da posebnu pažnju posvećuje kriptološkim metodama. Rad ima cilj približiti i prikazati kriptološke algoritme te njihov razvoj i upotrebu kroz povijest, i napraviti kratak pregled najznačajnijih algoritama osmišljenih za elektronsku komunikaciju.
Abstract (english)
This article describes how through all of the human history communication has been the important part of everday life. Sometimes the people wanted to hide the true meaning of communication between them and the others so they developed cryptology systems to prevent their messages being read by everyone. With the develop of Internet and computing cryptology science started to use more sophisticated approach. Besides symetric system that was avilable from the antique times, asymetric system was developed with the begining of use of public key cryptographic systems. Represents of symetric system are Dana Encryption Standard – DES, Triple Dana Encryption System – 3DES amd Advanced Encryption System – AES.
