AbstractMobing je zapravo društveni problem. On nije samo problem pojedinca, jednog radnika, žrtve mobinga i njegove obitelji ili samo sindikata koji se tijekom povijesti bori za radnička prava. U najvećem broju primjera mehanzam mobinga počinje promjenama u radnoj klimi. Klima, emocionalni prostor što ga doživljava žrtva ne sastoji se samo od akcija već, znatno više, od osjećaja percepcije koja se ne očituje isključivo riječima. Zadnjih desetak godina mobing i slična antisocijalna ponašanja pojedinaca na radnom mjestu prepoznati su kao važno pitanje organizacije rada. Nadalje, sve više raste svijest o tome da mobing nije pojedinačna epizoda, individualna poteškoća, nego strukturirani, strategijski problem koji svoje korijene ima u organizacijskim, kulturnim i širim društvenim okvirima. Cilj je rada ukazati na moguće posljedice mobinga kako na direktne tako i na indirektne žrtve mobinga te važnost programa prevencije mobinga. Mora se početi od informiranosti radnika, sindikalista, poslodavaca, odgovornih za upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima do profesionalnih osoba koje se bave žrtvama mobinga kao što su psiholozi, psihijatri, liječnici medicine rada i odvjetnici.

Parallel abstract (English)Mobbing is actually a social problem. It is not just a problem of individual, a single victim of mobbing and his/her family, or just a syndicate fighting for labour rights over history. In the most common number of examples,mechanisam of mobbing starts with changes in the work climate. The climate, the emotional space experienced by the victim, does not consist solely of acitons, moreover, from the feeling of perception which is not revealed exclusively by words. In the last ten years, mobbing and similar antisocial behaviors of individuals their in workplace are recognized as important question of work organization. Moreover, increasingly, the awareness that mobbing is not an indivudual difficulty, but a structured, strategic problem with roots in organizitional, cultural and wider social frameworks. The aim of labour is to indicate onto possible consequences of mobbing as direct and indirect mobbing victims, and the importance of mobbing prevention programme. One must start with awareness of workers, syndicalists, employers, persons responsabile for human resource managment, up to professionals dealing with mobbing victims such as psychologists, psychiatrists, occupational health doctors and lawyers.
