Abstract
Analiza uspješnosti poslovanja poduzeća veoma je bitna za postizanje boljeg poslovanja poduzeća te za donošenje boljih i manje rižičnijih poslovnih odluka. Analiza uspješnosti poslovanja poduzeća važna je menadžerima, vlasnicima, kreditorima, potencijalnim ulagačima, poslovnim partnerima, dobavljačima i drugim fizičkim ili pravnim osobama zainteresiranim za poslovanje određenog poduzeća. U mjerila uspješnosti poslovanja poduzeća spadaju proizvodnost, ekonomičnost, rentabilnost, likvidnost i solventnost. Na temelju ekonomičnosti i profitabilnosti prikazan je primjer uspješnosti poslovanja dvaju poduzeća, Cemex d.d. i dm d.o.o., u razdoblju od 2010.-2015, godine te se iz priloženog može vidjeti da poduzeća vode ozbiljan rad i imaju zadovoljavajuće pokazatelje uspješnosti poslovanja.
Abstract (english)
Analysis of business efficiency of company is very important for achieving better business of company and for making better and less risky business decisions. The analysis of business efficiency is very important for managers, owners, creditors, potential investors, business partners, suppliers and other natural and legal persons interested in a business of a certain company. The analysis of business efficiency of company includes productivity, economics, profitability, solvency and liquidity. On the bacis of economics and profitability, there is example that shows business success of these two companies, Cemex d.d. and dm d.o.o., during the period od 2010th-2015th years and we can see that these two companies operate very well and that their indicators of business effiviency are satisfaying.
