AbstractFenomen mobbinga ili zlostavljanja na radu je relativno nova pojava u društvenim odnosima. U ovom radu autor iznosi povijesni razvoj mobbinga kao društvene pojave, te definira njegov pojam. Poseban osvrt autor daje na mobbing na radnom mjestu, kojom prilikom se definiraju vrste i faze mobbinga, određuju karakteristike zlostavljača, zlostavljanog i radnih organizacija u kojima se javlja mobbing. Također autor u radu piše o posljedicama mobbinga za pojedinca, radnu organizaciju i društvo u cjelini, te daje osvrt na prevenciju mobbinga. Središnji dio ovog rada je fokusiran na pravnu zaštitu od mobbinga, gdje autor iznosi zakonsku regulativu pravne zaštite od mobbinga u zemljama Europske unije, a zatim i sve oblike pravne zaštite (kaznenopravna i građanskopravna) od mobbinga u Republici Hrvatskoj.

Parallel abstract (English)The phenomenon of mobbing or harassment at work is relatively new phenomenon in social relations. In this paper the author of the historical development of mobbing as a social phenomenon and defines his term. Special emphasis given by the mobbing in the workplace on that occasion to define the type and stage of mobbing, determine the characteristic of the abuser, abused and of companies in which it occurs mobbing. Also the author of this paper writes about the consequences of mobbing for the individual, work organization and society as a whole, and looks at the prevention of mobbing. Central part of this paper is focused on the legal protection of mobbing where the author presents legal regulations of protection of mobbing in the countries of the European Union, then all forms of legal protection (criminal and civil) in the Republic of Croatia.
