AbstractStjecanje vlasništva nekretnina i njihov pravni promet uređen je zakonskim normama. Za prelaženje prava vlasništva s jedne na drugu osobu trebaju se ispuniti određene pretpostavke na temelju pravnog posla. Sam prelazak prava vlasništva na stjecatelja nastupa provedbom upisa stjecateljeva vlasništva u zemljišnoj knjizi, ako je upis valjan. Stjecatelj postaje vlasnikom nekretnine uknjižbom. Kako bi se uspostavila sigurnost u pravnom prometu nekretnina ustanovljene su zemljišne knjige. Građani moraju imati povjerenje u podatke sadržane u zemljišnim knjigama iako se i u takvoj javnoj ispravi mogu pronaći određene nepotpunosti vezane uz neka tuđa prava nad nekretninom koju stjecatelj pokušava stječi, te razna druga ogrničenja i tereti koji nisu upisani u zemljišnu knjigu. Postoje razni načini stjecanja stvari u vlasništvo: na temelju odluke suda, izvlaštenjem nekretnine, prirastanje pokretnine nekretnini, prirastanje nekretnine nekretnini.

Parallel abstract (English)Acquisition of property ownership and their legal trade is regulated by legal norms. For crossing of property from one person to another certain preconditions on the basis of a legal transaction must be fulfilled. The transition of ownership rights to the acquirer performs the implementation of entry gained the ownership in the land registr, if the registration is valid. The acquirer becomes the owner of real estate by registration. In order to establish security in the real estate legal traffic land registers are constituted. Citizens must have confidence in the information contained in the land register even if in such a public document can not find a certain incompleteness related to some other people's rights over property that the acquirer trying to acquire, and various other charges and the limits of which are not registered in the land register. There are various ways to acquire things in ownership: on the basis of a court decision, expropriation of propert, movable to property by accretion, accretion of real estate to property.
