Abstract
Prava djece razvedenih roditelja su od iznimne važnosti, posebice u današnje vrijeme kad, zbog svog porasta, razvod braka prijeti sve više psihološkom razvoju djece. Obitelj u suvremenom društvu i njeni problemi dovode u pitanje dobrobit najranjivije skupine, a to su djeca. Koncept prava djeteta temelji se na kombinaciji prava djece i dužnosti odraslih koji su međusobno komplementarni. Zbog svih posljedica koje prate razvod braka pojavila se, unatoč postojanju Konvencije o pravima djeteta, potreba za stvaranjem Konvencije o posebnim pravima djece razvedenih i roditelja u razvodu. Cilj rada jest, uz definiciju pojma obitelji i promjene unutar nje u suvremenom društvu, prikazati koja su prava djece, kao i njihove reakcije na razvod braka i posljedice.
Abstract (english)
The rights of the children whose parents are divorced are extremely important, especially nowadays when the psychological development of children is threaten by a large number of marriages which are divorced. The family and its problems in modern society raise a question about the benefit of the most vulnerable group – the children. The concept of the right of the child is based on the combination of the rights of the children and the duties of the adults which are mutually complementary. Because of the consequences which follow the divorce, in spite of the exsistence of the United Nations convention on the rights of the child , there is a need to create the Convention on the special rights of the children of the divorced parents and the parents who divorce. The purpose of its work is to define the rights of the children, their reaction to the divorce of the marriage of their parents and consequences ; and to define the idea of the family and the changes inside it in the modern society.
