AbstractSustav parlamentarne vlade se od početka njegove primjene pa do danas, dokazao kao oblik organizacije vlasti koji u zadovoljavajućem stupnju osigurava relativno dinamičku ravnotežu između političke demokracije i djelotvornosti političke vlasti. Uvodni dio rada opisuje samu definiciju Ustava te strukturu i temeljna obilježja sadržaja Ustava Republike Hrvatske. U prvom dijelu rada objasnila sam pojam ustrojstva vlasti- organizacija, sustav predsjedničke vlade, u drugom dijelu načelo diobe vlasti, ustavne modele organizacije ustrojstva vlasti te samu srž ovog rada sustav parlamentarne vlade te ponešto o ustrojstvu vlasti RH od 1990. -2000. godine, te od 2000. godine do danas te u četvrtom dijelu zaključna razmatranja te navođenje literature.

Parallel abstract (English)The system of parliamentary government since the beginning of its implementation until now, proved to be a form of government organization that provides a satisfactory level in a relatively dynamic balance between political democracy and the effectiveness of political power. The introductory section of the paper describes the definition and structure of the Constitution and the fundamental features of the content of the Croatian Constitution. In the first part I explained the term structure of its own organization, the presidential system of government, in the second part of the principle of separation of powers, constitutional models of organization structure of government and the very core of the work system of parliamentary government and a little about the organization of the government of Croatia from 1990 -2000. year, and from 2000. to date and the fourth part of the concluding observations and references to literature.
