Abstract
Ovaj rad objašnjava važnost profesionalne selekcije kao postupka stručnog odabira kandidata za određeno radno mjesto ili posao u kojem se odabiru oni kandidati koji najbolje udovoljavaju utvrđenim zahtjevima. Objašnjeni su pojmovi, funkcije te aktivnosti upravljanja ljudskih resursa i izvori te načini pribavljanja ljudskih resursa. Cilj rada je prikazati da ljudski resursi i upravljanje ljudskim resursima predstavlja ključnu ulogu u uspješnom poslovanju poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
This work explains the importance of professional selection as the procedure of a professional choice of candidates for a certain work place or a job in which the candidates who satisfy the established requests are chosen. The terms, functions and activities of the management of human resources and the sources are explained here, as well as the ways of providing of human resources. The aim of the work is to show that human resources and the management of human resources present the key role of a successful management of a company.
