Abstract
Strateško definiranje vizije i misije ključno je za dugoročni uspjeh svake organizacije, a to je posebno evidentno kod Disneyja. Disneyjeva vizija glasi: "Stvoriti svijetle trenutke kroz storytelling." Ova vizija naglašava Disneyjevu predanost stvaranju jedinstvenih i nezaboravnih iskustava putem svojih priča, filmova, parkova i proizvoda. Njihova misija je: "Zabaviti, informirati i inspirirati ljude diljem svijeta kroz moć neusporedivog pripovijedanja, koje odražava ikonične robne marke, kreativne umove i inovativne tehnologije." Disneyjeva misija usmjerava organizaciju prema cilju pružanja zabave i edukacije koja inspirira, koristeći svoje bogato naslijeđe i inovativne pristupe. Njihova jasna vizija i misija omogućuju zaposlenicima da razumiju svoje uloge unutar šire strategije kompanije, dok istovremeno pomažu u privlačenju i zadržavanju lojalnih kupaca širom svijeta. Kroz strateško definiranje vizije i misije, Disney nastavlja utjecati na industriju zabave i postavlja standarde izvrsnosti i inovacije.
Abstract (english)
Strategically defining the vision and mission is crucial for the long-term success of any organization, and this is especially evident at Disney. Disney's vision is: "To create bright moments through storytelling." This vision underscores Disney's commitment to creating unique and memorable experiences through its stories, films, parks and products. Their mission is: "To entertain, inform and inspire people around the world through the power of unparalleled storytelling, reflecting iconic brands, creative minds and innovative technologies." Disney's mission guides the organization toward the goal of providing entertainment and education that inspires, using its rich heritage and innovative approaches. Their clear vision and mission enable employees to understand their roles within the company's broader strategy, while helping to attract and retain loyal customers around the world. Through strategically defining vision and mission, Disney continues to influence the entertainment industry and set standards of excellence and innovation.
