Abstract
Kontroling je relativno “nova” poslovna funkcija koja se razvila na globalnom nivou te tako postala neizostavna u modernom poslovnom svijetu, s vremenom se oblikovao u funkciju koja je postala samostalna i neizostavna u svakoj većoj organizaciji, zbog čega se može reći da je kontroling postao nužnost a ne opcija. Uvođenje digitalizacije u poslovanje poduzeća promijenilo je način života pojedinca iz temelja, zbog čega je ključno postalo „ići uz korak“ s razvojem novih tehnologija, a sve kako bi poduzeća opstala u iznimno dinamičnom okruženju, odnosno kako bi im se osigurala dugoročna konkurentnost na tržištu.
Abstract (english)
Controlling is a relatively „new“ business function that has developed on a global level and thus has become indispensable in the modern business world, over time it has developed into a function that has become independent and indispensable in every larger organization, which is why it can be said that controlling has become a necessity not an option. The introduction of digitization into the operation of companies has fundamentally changed the way of life od individuals, which is why it has become crucial to „keep up“ with the development of new technologies, ali in order for companies to survive ina n extremely dynamic environment, that is to ensure their long-term competitiveness on the market.
