Abstract
Od začetka pojma poslovne inteligencije pa sve do danas, tehnologija je napredovala u velikim skokovima. Od Interneta, preko strojnog učenja pa sve do umjetne inteligencije, količina podataka koje treba prikupiti, spremiti, analizirati te ih prikazati u obliku korisnih informacija za donošenje poslovnih odluka raste velikom brzinom. Paralelno s potrebama i razvojem tehnologije razvija se i ponuda konkurentskih rješenja, odnosno alata i platformi poslovne inteligencije. S tim na umu, ovaj pregledni rad donosi kratki pregled dostupnih alata i platformi poslovne inteligencije. Kao alati poslovne inteligencije navedeni su oni sotverski programi odnosno usluge koje su specijalizirane za pojedine dijelove procesa poslovne inteligencije, poput prikupljanja, transformacije i skladištenja podataka, analitike te rudarenja podataka, a kao platforme navode se sveobuhvata rješenja koja pružaju sve navedene u jednom proizvodu odnosno usluzi. Naposljetku, može se zaključiti kako na tržištu poslovne inteligencije postoji trend integracije više alata u jednu platformu, što pomaže i korisniku kao i prodavatelju.
Abstract (english)
Since the beginning of the Business Intelligence concept up until today, technology has grown rapidly. Internet, machine learning and even Artificial Intelligence together made the amount of data which needs to be collected, saved, analyzed and used in business decisions has grown rapidly, as well. At the same time, business intelligence solutions have also grown and developed in parallel with the technology and data requirements. With that in mind, this paper aims to synthesize the available tools and platforms for business intelligence. Those business intelligence solutions which are specialized for certain business intelligence process parts are hereby described as tools, while those solutions which aim to integrate all of the tools into one solution are here described as platforms. In conclusion, a trend of integration of multiple tools into one solution, a platform for business intelligence can be noticed, which aims to help both the users as well as the sellers.
