Abstract
Socijalna politika je izazov svakog društva. Socijalna politika se neprestano mijenja i prilagođava potrebama. Socijalna politika Europske unije predstavlja okvir unutar kojeg države članice samostalno kreiraju svoju socijalnu politiku. Socijalna politika Europske unije se razvijala postupno i dosegla je razinu koja jamči socijalnu sigurnost svojih građana. Namjera ovog završnog rada je analizirati sve aspekte europske socijalne politike. Dio rada posvećen je i analizi implementacije europske socijalne politike u Hrvatskoj.
Abstract (english)
Social policy is a challenge for any society. Social policy continuously changes and adapts depending on the needs. Social policy of the European Union represents a framework within which member countries independently create their own social policies. Social policy of the European Union has developed gradually and has reached a level that guarantees social safety for all citizens. The aim of this paper is to analyse all aspects of the European social policy. A part of the paper is also dedicated to the analysis of the implementation of the European social policy in Croatia.
