Neprofitnost udruga ne predstavlja da se udruge obavezno moraju uzdržavati od obavljanja djelatnosti kojima se stječe prihod, odnosno drugim riječima načelo neprofitnosti nam pojašnjava da se udruga ne osniva sa svrhom da se postigne neka dobit, ali da može obaavljati one djelatnosti kojima se ostvaruje prihod.
