Abstract
Neprofitnost udruga ne predstavlja da se udruge obavezno moraju uzdržavati od obavljanja djelatnosti kojima se stječe prihod, odnosno drugim riječima načelo neprofitnosti nam pojašnjava da se udruga ne osniva sa svrhom da se postigne neka dobit, ali da može obaavljati one djelatnosti kojima se ostvaruje prihod. Osnivanje udruge je moguće sa najmanje tri osnivača, drugim riječima da osnivač neke udruge može biti samo ona osoba koja je poslovno sposobna te kojoj poslovna sposobnost nije oduzeta u onom dijelu koji se odnosi na sklapanje poslova. Udruge se mogu podijeliti na formalne ( imaju svojstvo pravne osobe) i neformalne ( nemaju svojstvo pravne osobe).
Abstract (english)
Non-profit associations do not mean that associations must refrain from performing activities that generate income, ie in other words the principle of non-profit clarifies that the association is not established for the purpose of making a profit, but that it can perform those activities that generate income. The establishment of an association is possible with at least three founders, in other words that the founder of an association can only be a person who is legally capable and whose legal capacity is not taken away in the part related to concluding deals. Associations can be divided into formal (have the status of a legal entity) and informal (do not have the status of a legal entity).
