AbstractPregovaranje je alat koji koristimo kako bismo dobili ono što želimo. Suprostavljene strane pristupaju pregovorima sa ciljem obostranog zadovoljstva. Sve većim međusobnim upoznavanjem dolazi se do većeg stupnja interpersonalne komunikacije, koja nam dopušta da svoje misli i osjećaje podijelimo s drugima. Tip pregovarača kao i njegove karakteristike ovise o osobinama samih pregovarača i često imaju konačan utjecaj na sam rezultat pregovora. Bez komuniciranja nema ni pregovaranja. Najvažnije je znati prenijeti svoje zahtjeve i ciljeve drugoj strani isto koliko je i važno razumjeti što želi druga strana. Velik dio onoga što ljudi jedni drugima iznose tijekom komunikacijskog procesa prenosi se putem neverbalne komunikacije, zato pregovarači ako žele efektivno komunicirati moraju imati i verbalne i neverbalne sposobnosti.

Parallel abstract (English)Negotiation is a tool we use to get what we want. Opposing sides approach the negotiations with a view to mutual satisfaction. All greater mutual acquaintance leads to a higher degree of interpersonal communication, which allows us to your thoughts and feelings with others. Type of negotiators as well as its features are dependent on the characteristics of the very negotiators and often have the ultimate impact on the outcome of the negotiations himself. Without communication there is no negotiation. The most important thing is to know to convey their demands and goals of the other side of the same as it is important to understand what the other side wants. The big part of what people amounts each other during the communication process is transmitted through non-verbal communication, because negotiators if they want to communicate effectively must have the verbal and nonverbal skills.
