AbstractU ovom radu obrađuje se marketinški plan poduzeća kao jedan od temeljnih dokumenata koji detaljno analizira i projektira radnje nužne za postizanje ţeljenog cilja za određeni proizvod, uslugu ili brend. Kako bi se što jasnije objasnila važnost marketinškog plana u radu je analizirano poduzeće Aqua Maritime d.o.o.. Ovo poduzeće temelji svoj koncept na ideji „mali dućan za turiste“. Plava boja i simboli Mediterana i Jadrana univerzalni su, predstavljaju jezera, rijeke, oceane, ĉime se htjelo asocirati ne tipično na Hrvatsko more već na cijeli svijet. Jedinstveni dizajn i pomorski duh povezuje sve proizvode ovog poduzeća i čini ih dijelom iste priče…stvoreni da ispune želje svih klijenata, turista i putnika svih dobnih skupina. Uspješan model poslovanja i napretka ovog poduzeća čini ga priznatim u poslovnom svijetu a model franšiza strategije promovira ga izvan granica matične zemlje. Budući ciljevi u narednim godinama nastavljaju se na već započeto, zaštititi brend u svijetu, višestruko povećati broj poslovnica, isključivo na atraktivnim turistiĉkim destinacijama, poticati razvoj lokalne proizvodnje, ulagati u ljudske potencijale i naći svoje mjesto na trţištu dugoročno, prvenstveno ispunjavajući želje i potrebe kupaca vrhunskom uslugom i zadovoljavajućom kvalitetom.

Parallel abstract (English)This paper deals with the marketing plan the fundamental documents that detailed analyzes and designs the actions necessary to desired goal for a given product, service or brand. In order to more clearly explain the importance of a marketing plan to paper analyzes the company Aqua Maritime. This company is based on the idea of a small shop for tourists. The blue colors and the symbols of Mediterranean and Adriatic Sea are so universal and they represent crystal waters of sea, lake, river, ocean, not typical for Croatia but all space. Unique design and maritime spirit connects all products and make them a part of the same story created to full fill the wishes of all clients. A successful business model and progress of the company makes it recognized by major hotels and resorts, and the model franchise strategy a well-known beyond their borders. Since objective in the coming years continue to already begun, to protect brand in the world, many times to increase the number of branches, only the attractive tourist destinations, more to encourage the production, to invest in human sources and find their place in the market long-term, primarily full filling the wishes and needs customers excellent service and maximum quality.
