Abstract
Upravljanje zalihama ima veliki utjecaj na poslovanje, planiranje i kontroliranje količine zaliha omogućuje balansiranje troškova koje stvaraju nabava robe i držanje zaliha. Prevelika količina zaliha može dovesti do velikih financijskih troškova dok premala količina zaliha može uzrokovati zastoj u proizvodnji, zbog toga su na raspolaganju brojne tradicionalne i suvremene metode upravljanja, ali i niz informacijskih sustava. Jedan od tih sustava je Just in Time metoda (JIT) u širem smislu predstavlja sustav kreiranja proizvoda i usluga temeljem eliminacije svih načina gubitka vremena, materijala, rada i energije te zadovoljava kupca u cijeni, kvaliteti i servisu. Glavni cilj ovog rada je razmatranje metoda upravljanje zalihama, sama definicija i podjela zaliha, te upravljanje zalihama pomoću Just in Time metode i na temelju primjera DELL kako druga poduzeća su implementirali sustav Just in Time.
Abstract (english)
Inventory management has a significant impact on business, planning and controlling the amount of inventory allows balancing the costs generated by purchasing goods and keeping inventory. Too much inventory can lead to high financial costs while too little inventory can cause production downtime, which is why many traditional and modern management methods are available, as well as several information systems. One of these systems is the Just in Time method (JIT) in a broader sense the system of creating products and services is based on the elimination of all ways of wasting time, materials, labor and energy and satisfying the customer in price, quality and service. The main goal of this paper is to consider the methods of inventory management, the definition and division of inventories, and inventory management using the Just in Time method and based on the DELL example of how other companies have implemented the Just in Time system.
