Abstract
Rad stranaca u RH je uređen Zakonom o strancima. Ulaskom u EU RH je otvorila tržište rada strancima. Zajednička unutarnja, sigurnosna i socijalna politika EU-a na određeni način određuje i odnos i postupanje RH prema državljanima trećih zemalja, pa tako i kada je riječ o tržištu rada. Stranac u RH se može zaposliti samo na temelju izdane dozvole za rad. U cilju boljeg planiranja zapošljavanja stranaca u RH donesena je odluka o godišnjoj kvoti radnih dozvola za strance. Zakonom o strancima je propisano koji stranci mogu raditi bez dozvole za rad. Poslodavci koji na određenim poslovima žele zaposliti stranca moraju prije podnošenja zahtjeva za izdavanje dozvole za boravak i rad stranca se obratiti područnoj službi Hrvatskog zavoda za zapošljavanje te zatražiti provođenje testa tržišta rada Cilj ovog rada je prikazati rad stranaca u RH
Abstract (english)
The work of foreigners in the Rh is regulated by the Law on Foreigners. By joining the EU, the RH opened up the labor market to foreigners. The common internal, security and social policy of the EU in a certain way determines the attitude and treatment of the RH towards the citizens of third countries, including when it comes to the labor market. A foreigner in the RH can only be employed on the basis of a work permit. In order to better plan the employment of foreigners in the RH, a decision was made on the annual quota of work permits for foreigners. The Foreigners Act stipulates which foreigners can work without a work permit. Employers who want to hire a foreigner for certain jobs must, before submitting an application for a foreigner's residence and work permit, contact the regional office of the Croatian Employment Service and request a labor market test. The aim of this paper is to present the work of foreigners in the RH.
