Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je Oporučno nasljedno pravo. U ovom radu definirat ćemo nasljedno pravo i pretpostavke nasljeđivanja, a u ostalom dijelu rada govorit će se o oporučnom nasljeđivanju. Također, definira se pojam oporuke, te prikazuje kako nastaje oporuka i navode se njezini mogući oblici. Dodat će se i primjeri iz sudske prakse. Kroz rad će se još obraditi sadržaj oporuke, opoziv oporuke, tumačenje oporuke i njezine moguće nevaljanosti, postupanje s oporukama, te će se objasniti... More uloga Hrvatskog upisnika oporuka. Na kraju rada spominje se Europska uredba i njena uloga u nasljeđivanju, te zaključak o ovom radu. Less
Abstract (english)
The topic of this final thesis is Testamentary Inheritance Law. In this thesis we will define inheritance law and presuppositions of inheritance, and the rest of the paper will discuss testamentary inheritance. Furthermore, the term testament will be defined and the process of its making will be described along with its possible forms. Examples from case law will be shown. This thesis will analyse the content of the will, the revocation of the testament, interpretation of the will and... More its possible invalidity, handling of wills, along with the explanation of the role of the Croatian Register of Wills. At the end of the thesis the European Regulation and its role in inheritance will be mentioned, followed by the conclusion of this thesis. Less
