Abstract
Upravljanje troškovima je jedan vrlo bitan dio poslovanja, jer on za cilj ima smanjiti troškove tj.izvući iz njih najveću korist. Troškovi se mogu jednostavno definirati kao izraženi utrošci rada koji su potrebni za proizvodnju određenog proizvoda unutar proizvodnog procesa. U ovom radu je poduzeće Zvečevo d.d. primjer koji je iskorišten za pisanje rada. Zvečevo d.d. je hrvatsko konditorsko poduzeće koje je poznato nadaleko na domaćem, ali i na inozemnom tržištu. Poduzeće je poznato po proizvodnji raznih okusa čokolada te jakih alkoholnih pića. Provedena je analiza ovog poduzeća gdje su prikazani podaci o financijama, te su kroz analizu troškova prikazane istaknute vrijednosti za troškove. Doneseni su zaključci na temelju provedene analize o stanju poslovanja kroz financije, troškove koji su unutar poslovanja, te se promatralo kako poduzeće upravlja troškovima.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, I will talk about costs and how to manage them. Costs are an integral part of business and must be well managed. Cost management is a very important part of business, because it aims to reduce costs, ie get the most out of them. Costs can be simply defined as the expressed labor costs required to produce a particular product within the production process. In this paper, the company Zvečevo d.d. an example used to write a paper. Zvečevo d.d. is a Croatian confectionery company that is widely known in both domestic and foreign markets.The company is known for the production of various flavors of chocolates and spirits. An analysis of this company was conducted, where data on finances are presented, and through the cost analysis, the highlighted values for costs are shown. Conclusions were made based on the analysis of the state of business through finances, costs that are within the business, and observed how the company manages costs.
