Abstract
Državna uprava iznimno je važna sastavnica svake zemlje, a njene poslove obavljaju tijela državne uprave. S obzirom na današnji dinamični način života koji je podložan stalnim promjenama te razvoju tehnologije, nastupaju i promjene u pristupu upravi. Naime, razvija se elektronička uprava (e-uprava), a sve kako bi se ostvarile ušteda, efikasnost te približavanje građanima nove tehnologije. E-uprava koristi informacijsko-komunikacijske tehnologije (ICT) čime se smanjuju troškovi i korupcija i povećavaju transparentnost i efikasnost. U Republici se Hrvatskoj ističe sustav e-Građani, ali i mnoštvo drugih e-usluga. U vrijeme pandemije COVID-19 broj korisnika te prijava u navedene usluge povećao se dva puta, a razvijaju se i neke nove e-usluge. Upravo je to dokaz kako hrvatska e-uprava konstantno napreduje i razvija se, ali je neophodno da se taj razvoj i napredak i dalje nastave.
Abstract (english)
Public administration is an extremely important component of every country, and its tasks are performed by state administration bodies. Given today's dynamic way of life, which is subject to constant changes and the development of technology, there are also changes in the approach to management. Namely, electronic government (e-government) is being developed, all in order to achieve savings, efficiency and bring new technologies closer to the citizens. Egovernment uses information and communication technologies (ICT) to reduce costs and corruption and increase transparency and efficiency. In the Republic of Croatia, the e-Citizens system stands out, as well as many other e-services. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of users and subscriptions to these services doubled, and some new e-services are being developed. This is proof that Croatian e-government is constantly advancing and evolving, but it is necessary that this development and progress continues.
