Abstract
U ovom završnom radu obrađena je tema nasilja nad djecom u obitelji. Rad se prvo bavi nasiljem u obitelji općenito, pojašnjavajući oblike nasilja u obitelji. Predmet rada je nasilje nad djecom u obitelji te se središnji dio rada bavi definiranjem zanemarivanja i zlostavljanja djece u obitelji, utvrđenim protokolom o postupanju u slučaju nasilja u obitelji od strane nadležnih tijela poput policije, centara za socijalnu skrb, zdravstvenih i obrazovno-odgojnih ustanova te pravosudnih tijela. Opisani su i indikatori te rizični čimbenici unutar obitelji koji ukazuju na zanemarivanje ili zlostavljanje djeteta. Rad pojašnjava i najčešće posljedice obiteljskog nasilja kada je dijete žrtva ili svjedok. Na samom kraju rada prikazano je pravno uređenje, prikupljanje i praćenje podataka o nasilju nad djecom u obitelji te prevencija nasilja nad djecom u obitelji u svoja tri najčešća oblika.
Abstract (english)
This thesis deals with the topic of violence against children in the family. The paper first deals with domestic violence in general, explaining forms of domestic violence. The subject of the paper is violence against children in the family and the central part of the paper deals with defining neglect and abuse of children in the family, established protocol on dealing with domestic violence by competent authorities such as police, social welfare centers, health and educational institutions and judicial bodies. Indicators and risk factors within the family that indicate neglect or abuse of the child are also described. The paper also clarifies the most common consequences of domestic violence when a child is a victim or a witness. At the very end of the paper, the legal regulation, collection and monitoring of data on violence against children in the family and the prevention of violence against children in the family in its three most common forms are presented.
