Abstract
Ovaj rad objašnjava menadžment ljudskih resursa u sportu, dio njegove povijesti, te spoj menadžmenta ljudskih resursa i sporta u svakodnevici. Bitan dio svakog kolektiva su ljudski resursi. Ljudski resursi, njihova znanja, sposobnosti, vještine i kompetencije su ključni faktori uspješnog poslovanja i djelovanja svakog poduzeća, organizacije ili institucije. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati temeljne odrednice i karakteristike ljudskih resursa sa stajališta menadžmenta, odnosno elaborirati menadžment ljudskih resursa kao jednu od najbitnijih funkcija menadžmenta. Uz korištenje knjiga vezanih uz menadžment ljudskih resursa u sportu i internet rad obuhvaća sve važne podatke i njegove dijelove.
Abstract (english)
This paper explains the human resources management in sport, part of its history, and connection between human resource management and sport in everyday life. An essential part of every collective are human resources. Human resources, their knowledge, abilities, skills and competence are the key factors of successful business operation of any company, organization or institution. The goal of this paper is to present the fundamental determinants and characteristics of human resources from the standpoint of management and elaborate human resource management as one of the most important functions of management. With the use of books related to the management of human resources in sport and the internet, this paper covers all the important data and its components.
