Abstract
Ovaj rad posvećen je decentralizaciji u Republici Hrvatskoj. Na početku rada objašnjen je pojam decentralizacije i centralizacije. Kakva je lokalna samouprava u Hrvatskoj. Zatim spomenuta je i fragmentacija, njen pojam, također i koje su posljedice iste. Navedeno je do kojih je promjena trebalo doći, da li je i do kojih je promjena došlo. Spomenuta je i europeizacija lokalne samouprave. Što treba doraditi i koji su te pri kraju navedeni su temeljni problemi sa kojima se susreće Republika Hrvatska u reformama i provedbi istih.
Abstract (english)
This paper is dedicated to the decentralization int he Republic of Croatia. First of all is explained decentralization and centralization. What is local self gouvernment like in Croatia.Then fragmentation is mentioned, concept but also it's consequences. It is stated which changes should taken place, whether and which changes should take place. The Europeaization of local self gouvernment was also mentioned What is need to be finalized and what are the basic problems that the Republic of Croatia is facing int he reforms and the proved ones.
