Abstract
U današnje se vrijeme turizam konstantno širi kako se razvijaju potrebe, želje i zahtjevi turista. Morska obala privlači sve više ljudi koji su željni odmora i rekreacije, a najveću snagu morskoj obali daje činjenica da svojim karakteristikama može zadovoljiti svaku motivaciju turista. Republika Hrvatska i Italija imaju obalu na zajedničkom moru, ali imaju različite krajolike, tradiciju i običaje, kulturno povijesnu baštinu, razvedenu obalu i mnoge druge čimbenike koji svaku od ovih obala čine jedinstvenom i privlačnom. Ove su zemlje susjedne i vrlo vjerojatno su upravo zbog te blizine poprimile dosta zajedničkih običaja, vjerovanja i sadržaja. Utjecaji miješanja različitih kultura, pa tako i one talijanske na hrvatskom području vidljivi su u hrvatskom jeziku, književnosti, kulturi i gastronomiji. Sve je više talijanskih državljana u Republici Hrvatskoj, posebice na hrvatskoj obali te hrvatskih državljana u Italiji čime se miješaju njihovi običaji, tradicija i vjerovanja.
Abstract (english)
Nowadays, tourism is constantly expanding as the needs, desires and demands of tourists develop. The sea coast attracts more and more people who are eager for rest and recreation, and the greatest strength of the sea coast is the fact that its characteristics can satisfy any tourist motivation. The Republic of Croatia and Italy have a coast on a common sea, but they have different landscapes, traditions and customs, cultural and historical heritage, indented coast and many other factors that make each of these coasts unique and attractive. These countries are neighboring and it is very likely that because of this proximity they have adopted a lot of common customs, beliefs and content. The influences of mixing different cultures, including the Italian one in the Croatian area, are visible in the Croatian language, literature, culture and gastronomy. There are more and more Italian citizens in the Republic of Croatia, escpecially at Croatian coast and Croatian citizens in Italy, which mixes their customs, traditions and beliefs.
