Abstract
Kontroling kao stručna podrška menadžmentu predstavlja vrlo bitnu funkciju u menadžmentu, ali i samoj organizaciji. Predstavlja funkciju koja svim djelatnicima približava misiju, viziju i ciljeve organizacije te se brine za njihovu transparentnost. Pomoću kontrolinga koordiniraju se procesi unutar organizacije te se vrši njihova analiza pomoću koje kontroler dobiva informacije i podatke o poslovnju organizacije. Temeljem tih informacija donosi zaključke koje dostavlja menadžmentu skupa s dobivenim podacima te menadžment na temelju toga donosi bitne odluke. Kvaliteta odluke ovisi o kvaliteti provedene analize, ali i stručnosti mendažmenta. Kontroling se sve češće uvodi u organizacije i preuzima jako bitnu ulogu u poslovanju.
Abstract (english)
Controlling as a professional support to management is a very important function in management but also in the organization itself. It is a function that brings all employees closer to the mission, vision and goals of the organization and takes care of their transparency. With the help of controlling, processes within the organization are coordinated and their analysis is being performed, by means of which the controller obtains information and data on the organizations business. Based on those information, controller makes conclusions which it submits to the management together with the obtained data and then management makes important decisions based on that. The quality of the decision depends on the quality of the analysis but also on the expertise of the management. Controlling is increasingly being introduced into organizations and is takong on a very important role in business.
