Sažetak rada: Predsjednik Republike Hrvatske se definira kao državni poglavar Republike Hrvatske koji obnaša određene dužnosti i ima ovlasti koje su mu ograničeni Ustavom Republike Hrvatske. Predsjednik Republike je ujedno i vrhovni zapovjednik Oružanih snaga Republike Hrvatske i brine se za redovito i usklađeno djelovanje i ostale dužnosti i odgovornosti koje predsjednik obavlja. Abstract (english)
Abstract: The President of the Republic Croatia is defined as the Head of State of the Republic of Croatia who performs certain duties and has powers limited to him by the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia. The President is also the Commander in Chief of the Croatian Armed Forces and cares for the regular and concerted practices and other duties and responsibilities that the president performs. More served as from 30 May 1990 to December 1999, and his successors starting from Stipe Mesic to the current president Zoran Milanovic, there have been major changes in the presidency and in the constitutional position.
