Abstract
Stres je univerzalni i uobičajeni izazov za organizaciju i produktivnost zaposlenika, on je stvarnost modernog radnog mjesta.Pojava stresa kod svih zaposlenika predstavlja neizostavan element svakodnevnog poslovanja poduzeća, što ima posljedice kako na razini pojedinca tako i na poslovne rezultate organizacije. Stres pridonosi smanjenoj organizacijskoj uspješnosti, smanjenoj ukupnoj uspješnosti zaposlenika, visokoj stopi pogrešaka i lošoj kvaliteti rada, velikoj fluktuaciji osoblja i izostajanju s posla zbog zdravstvenih problema. Današnje poslovanje karakterizira dinamičnost okruženja u kojem se poduzetnik i poduzeće nalazi, kao i turbulentnost koja se događa svakodnevno na tržištu te su menadžeri i zaposlenici sve više izloženi stresnim situacijama.
Abstract (english)
Nowadays the stress is a universal and common challenge for the organization and productivity of employees, it is the reality of a modern workplace. The occurrence of stress in all employees is an indispensable element of everyday business, which has consequences at both; on the individual level and it affects the business results. The stress contributes to reduced organizational performance, reduced overall employee performance, high error rates and poor quality of work, high staff turnover, and absenteeism due to health problems. The dynamic environment in which the entrepreneur and the company are placed, as well as the turbulence that occurs every day in the market, and in which the managers and employees are increasingly exposed to stressful situations characterizes today’s business.
