Abstract
Završni rad naslovljen kao Rad stranaca osmišljen je kao Vodič za sve osobe koje nemaju državljanstvo Republike Hrvatske, a dolaze u Republiku Hrvatsku raditi, ili već rade. U nadolazećem tekstu opisan je način dolaska stranog radnika/radnice u Republiku Hrvatsku, njegova/njezina prava I obaveze, adrese I kontakti na koje se mogu obratiti u slučaju birokratskih nejasnoća ili pitanja, te vrste poslova koje strani radnici u Republici Hrvatskoj mogu obavljati. Na kraju rada mogu se pronaći svi obrasci I tiskanice koje su potrebne stranom radniku u Republici Hrvatskoj prilikom prijave boravišta/prebivališta, prijave na mirovinsko osiguranje I prijave na zdravstveno osiguranje. Sa ciljem što uspješnije integracije stranih radnika na rad u Republici Hrvatskoj, krenimo odgovoriti na pitanja koja će biti od pomoći strancima koji rade ili žele raditi u Republici Hrvatskoj
Abstract (english)
The final theisis entitled Foreigners employment is designed as a Guide for every person who does not have the citizenship of the Republic of Croatia, and come to the Republic of Croatia to work, or is already working. The following text describes the manner of arrival of a foreign worker in the Republic of Croatia, his / her rights and obligations, addresses and contacts to which they can turn in case of bureaucratic ambiguities or questions, and the types of jobs that foreign workers can perform in the Republic of Croatia. At the end of the theisis, you can find all the forms needed by a foreign worker in the Republic of Croatia when registering residence, applying for pension insurance and applying for health insurance. With the aim of the most successful integration of foreign workers to work in the Republic of Croatia, let's start answering questions that could help foreigners working in the Republic of Croatia.
