Abstract
Razvod braka danas je sve učestaliji ishod nesuglasica u braku. Međutim, iako je rastava bolje rješenje, nego ostajanje u lošem braku, punom konfliktnih situacija, ni razvod nije jednostavno rješenje koje će odmah ukloniti sve nesuglasice i donijeti mir. Radi se o složenoj proceduri i burnom razdoblju u kojem je potrebno sudjelovanje svih članova obitelji, što ostavlja dubok trag na sudionike razvoda. Sudionici su svi članovi obitelji, i roditelji i djeca, te će razvod braka utjecati... More na život svih uključenih, što znači da će posljedice snositi i roditelji i djeca. Posljedice koje će razvod braka ostaviti na dijete mogu biti ozbiljno štetne na djetetov razvoj i ponašanje. Dijete oponaša svoje roditelje i osjeća njihove emocije, pa će dijete čiji se roditelji teško nose s razvodom braka, također nositi teret te težine. Ipak, bitno je uključiti djecu u proces razvoda braka zbog ostvarivanja djetetove najveće dobrobiti. Dijete ima pravo izreći svoje mišljenje. Divorce today is an increasingly common outcome of disagreements in marriage. However, although divorce is a better solution than staying in a bad marriage, full of conflict situations, divorce is not a simple solution that will immediately remove all disagreements and bring peace. It is a complex procedure and a turbulent period in which the participation of all family members is required, which leaves a deep mark on the participants in the divorce. More members, both parents and children, and divorce will affect the lives of all involved, which means that the consequences will be borne by both parents and children. The consequences that divorce will leave on a child can be seriously detrimental to a child’s development and behavior. A child imitates his parents and feels their emotions, so a child whose parents have a hard time coping with a divorce will also carry the burden of that weight. However, it is important to involve children in the divorce process in order to achieve the best interests of the child. The child has the right to express his opinion.
