Abstract
U ovom završnom radu dan je prikaz korištenja simulacija kao potpore poslovnom odlučivanju. U radu se objašnjavaju temeljni pojmovi vezani uz poslovno odlučivanje, poslovne simulacije kao metode potpore odlučivanju te transport i skladištenje robe kao područje primjene, te je prikazana simulacija skladišta poslovnice auto dijelova. Poslovno odlučivanje uključuje sve ono što čini svaki menadžer, svjesno ili nesvjesno, što šteti ili doprinosi kvaliteti odlučivanja u tvrtki, a prema tome i dobrobiti tvrtke. Skladišta i metode njihovog popunjavanja i rada, imaju ključnu ulogu u logistici i upravljanju lancima opskrbe, a transport robe je značajan za dostavu, prenašanje(unutarnji transport) i odvoz robe. Simulacija je pojednostavljeno rečeno proces oblikovanja modela stvarnog ili zamišljenog sustava i provođenje eksperimenta nad njim. Za primjer je uzeto skladište poslovnice auto dijelova kojoj je cilj uz pomoć simulacije ustanoviti i ocijeniti opravdanost povećanja resursa, u ovom slučaju zapošljavanja dodatnog radnika u skladištu.
Abstract (english)
This final paper provides an overview of the use of simulations to support business decision making. The paper explains the concepts related to business decision-making, transport and storage of goods, the concept of simulation and presents a simulation of the warehouse of the auto parts branch. Business decision making includes everything that every manager does, consciously or unconsciously, that harms or contributes to the quality of decision making in the company and therefore to the well-being of the company. Warehouses play an important role in logistics and supply chain management, and the transport of goods is important for the supply ,delivery and internal transport of goods. Simulation is, simply put, the process of modeling a real or imagined system and conducting an experiment on it. The example is given for the warehouse of an auto parts branch, which aims to determine the need for a third warehouse worker with the help of a simulation.
