Abstract
Buka je skup neugodnih i bolnih zvukova koji štetno djeluju na čovjeka, što je svrstava među generalne onečišćivače okoliša. Jedan od čestih izvora buke je i motorno vozilo. Razina buke koju emitira motorno vozilo može se smanjiti prigušivanjem u vozilu i izvan vozila. Niz smjernica i pravilnika propisuje kolika smije biti dopuštena razina buke motornog vozila kako bi se njen negativni utjecaj na okoliš sveo na najmanju moguću mjeru.
Abstract (english)
Noise is a set of unpleasant and painful sounds that have a detrimental effect on humans, which ranks it among the general polluters of the environment. One of the frequent sources of noise is the motor vehicle. The noise level emitted by the motor vehicle can be reduced by attenuation inside and outside the vehicle. A series of guidelines and ordinances prescribe the permissible level of noise of a motor vehicle in order to minimize its negative impact on the environment.
