Abstract
Sustavi upravljanja kvalitetom (SUK) bitan su alat za organizacije za postizanje efikasnosti i konkurentske prednosti na tržištu. Može se objasniti i kao temelj za procese i postupke koji se koriste kako bi organizacija ispunila sve zahtjeve potrebne za postizanje poslovnih ciljeva Uvođenje SUK-a prema standardima norme ISO 9001 strateška je odluka svake organizacije. Norma ISO 9001 je međunarodno priznata norma osiguranja svojstava proizvoda, usluga i djelatnosti na troškovno isplativ način. Kako bi upravljanje sustavom kvalitete bilo efikasno potrebno je provoditi auditiranje, odnosno provjeru sustava kvalitete. Auditiranje se temelji na normi ISO 19011 koja sadrži: smjernice, načela, upravljanje programom audita, provedbu audita te smjernice o vrednovanju. Auditiranje služi za donošenje nezavisne ocjene kvalitete te ukazuje na pogreške i nedostatke.
Abstract (english)
Quality management systems (QMS) are an essential tool for organizations to achieve efficiency and competitive advantage in the market. It can also be explained as the basis for processes and procedures used to ensure that the organization meets all the requirements necessary to achieve its business objectives. The implementation of QMS according to ISO 9001 standards is a strategic decision of each organization. ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized standard for ensuring the features of products, services, and activities in a cost-effective manner. For quality system management to be efficient, it is necessary to audit or verify the quality system. Auditing is based on ISO 19011, which contains: guidelines, principles, audit program management, audit implementation and evaluation guidelines. Auditing serves to make an independent quality assessment and indicates errors and shortcomings.
