The role of administration in society is great, we can see this through the history of states. The management is the holder of the company. In order to understand the administration more easily, it is necessary to start from the structure of the administration of ancient civilizations. The administration in Croatia has developed in several phases that have left their mark to this day. The administration in the Republic of Croatia, like everyone in the world, has certain problems, so I will write something like that about the problems that are present today. Each of these phases has strongly influenced today's administration as we know it. Through the topic, the role of management in society should be studied and the tendencies that occur in management, and these tendencies are those that shape and improve management. Each of these tendencies has gradually acted on the administration as a whole, so the important role of tendencies should be emphasized. At the end of the paper, I will write something about the EU administration. About the institutions of the European Union and the way in which those institutions operate.
