Abstract
Tema završnog rada je prikazati analizu mjerila uspješnosti poslovanja koje je jako bitno za poslovanje poduzeća. Ekonomija svakog poduzeća ostvaruje se povećanjem temeljnih ekonomskih principa reprodukcije, odnosno proizvodnosti, ekonomičnosti i rentabilnosti poslovanja. Prema tome, svako poduzeće treba pratiti i analizirati uspješnost svog poslovanja na temelju ovih principa, kako bi u budućnosti poboljšalo i unaprijedilo svoje poslovanje. Završni rad obuhvaća analizu ekonomskih pokazatelja uspješnosti poslovanja, detaljnu obradu temeljnih pojmova vezanih općenito za poduzeće i ekonomiku poduzeća. Rad također obuhvaća analizu mjerila uspješnosti poslovanja na primjeru dva poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this paper is to show the analysis of buisness efficiency indicators which is immensely important for firms buisness flow. Economy of each firm is realised by increasing the basic economic principles of multiplication, productivity, cost-efectiveness and profitability of buisness. Following that, every firm should keep track and analytics of their buisness based on these principles, so that it could grow more successful in the future. The Final Thesis encompasses the analysis of buisness efficiency indicators, detailed explanation of basic buisness terms, and buisness economy. The paper also contains the comparison of two firms based on buisness efficiency indicator analysis.
