Abstract
Ovaj rad ukazuje na mogućnosti koje se pružaju korištenjem e-marketinga. Naglasak je stavljen na male poduzetnike kojima su razni internetski alati omogućili jednostavnije i jeftinije promoviranje te lakšu komunikaciju s potencijalnim kupcima. Internet je postao najpopularniji medij na kojem je veliki broj korisnika svakodnevno aktiva. Mali poduzetnici se bore s velikim brojem konkurenata, radi toga je nužno da redovito osmišljavaju nova kreativna rješenja te prate najnovije trendove promoviranja. Društvene mreže te na kojima poduzetnik može ostvariti najlakšu komunikaciju sa svojim potencijalnim kupcima. Radi toga, potrebna je kvalitetna marketinška strategija za vođenje i komuniciranje preko društvenih mreža. Ovaj rad obuhvaća samu povijest nastanka e-marketinga, njegovu primjenu prema marketinškom mixu te internet alate koje su dostupni malim poduzetnicima. U ovom radu istaknut će se i sama važnost poznavanja osnovnih marketinških funkcija i posjedovanja marketinških vještina.
Abstract (english)
This paper focuses on the possibilities that E-marketing provides. Special emphasis is placed on small businesses, that through the various internet tools now have possibilities for simpler and cheaper promotion and easier communication with potential buyers. Internet has become the most popular media, with vast number of users on daily basis. Small businesses have to compete with large number of rivals, precisely because of that it is necessary to constantly come up with new creative solutions and to follow the latest communication trends. Social networks are the easiest way for businesses to make contact with its potential buyers. Because of that a quality marketing strategy is necessary for communication and management through social networks. This paper covers history of the beginning of E-marketing, its application according to marketing mix and internet tools which are available to small businesses. This paper also reflects on importance of knowing basic marketing functions and possession of marketing skills.
