Abstract
Ovim radom ukazuje se na važnost kvalitetne pripreme organizacije i ljudi koji ju čine na provođenje organizacijskih promjena kako bi one u što manjoj mjeri uzrokovale stres kod zaposlenih, te kako bi se povećala vjerojatnost uspjeha u njihovu provođenju. Promjene su složen proces koji zahtjeva kreativan pristup i pomno planiranje pri čemu najvažniju ulogu imaju menadžeri koji ujedno snose najveći dio odgovornosti u njihovu provođenju. Da bi one bile uspješno provedene potrebno je zaposlenike motivirati na promjene, uvjeriti ih da su one potrebne i da njima donose dobrobit. Svake organizacijske promjene kod zaposlenika izazivaju neku vrstu stresa. Stres je stanje napetosti koje se očituje u suočavanju pojedinaca s neobičnim zahtjevima, prisilama i mogućnostima. On ponekad može biti pozitivan, ali u najvećem broju slučajeva kod zaposlenika izaziva određene posljedice koje mogu biti fizičke, psihičke i ponašanje.
Abstract (english)
This paper points to the importance of quality organization preparation and the people who are doing it for the purpose of implementing organizational changes to minimize the stresses of employees and to increase the likelihood of success in their implementation. Changes are a complex process that requires creative approach and careful planning in which the greatest role and responsibility is on the managers. In order to implement the changes effectively it is necessary to motivate employees for changes, to convince them that they are necessary and that they provide benefits. Each and every organizational change causes some kind of stress among employees. Stress is a state of tension which is reflected in the coping of individuals with unusual requirements, constraints and opportunities. Sometimes it can be positive, but in most cases it raises certain consequences among employees which can be physical, psychological and behavioural ones.
