Abstract
Predmet ovog diplomskog rada je analiza financijskih izvještaja Croatia osiguranja. Croatia osiguranje d.d. je osiguravajuće društvo iz Zagreba koje je najveće i najstarije osiguravajuće društvo u Hrvatskoj. Osnovano je 1884. godine u Zagrebu kao Croatia osiguravajuća zadruga.Svojim se financijskim i imovinskim potencijalom nametnula kao gospodarski čimbenik vrijedan poštovanja. Croatia je tijekom svojih 130 godina djelovanja neprekidno bila u službi razvoja nacionalnog gospodarstva uz istovremeno podmirivanje svih svojih obaveza, čime je opravdala svrhu utemeljenja.Za analizu poslovanja Croatia osiguranja kroz financijska izvješća koristit će se financijski pokazatelji, kao jedna od metoda kako bi se precizno mogla odrediti slika poduzeća. Financijski pokazatelji koji će se koristiti u ovom radu su: pokazatelji likvidnosti, pokazatelji zaduženosti, pokazatelji profitabilnosti, pokazatelji aktivnosti i pokazatelji investiranja. Uz pokazatelje koristiti će se vertikalna analiza koja promatra strukturu pojedinih pozicija financijskih izvještaja odnosno određuje udio određene pozicije financijskih izvještaja u odgovarajućem zbroju te će se primjeniti i horizontalna analiza koja omogućuje promatranje promijene pojedinih pozicija financijskih izvještaja kroz vrijeme. Glavni cilj istraživanja je odrediti financijsko stanje promatranog poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this thesis is the analysis of financial statements of Croatia osiguranje. Croatia osiguranje d.d. is an insurance company from Zagreb, which is the largest and oldest insurance company in Croatia. It was founded in 1884 in Zagreb as a Croatia insurance cooperative. With its financial and property potential, it has imposed itself as an economic factor worthy of respect. During its 130 years of activity, Croatia has been continuously in the service of developing the national economy, while at the same time meeting all its obligations, thus justifying the purpose of establishment. For the analysis of Croatia osiguranje's business through financial reports, financial indicators will be used, as one of the methods in order to be able to accurately determine the image of the company. The financial indicators that will be used in this paper are: liquidity indicators, debt indicators, profitability indicators, activity indicators and investment indicators. In addition to the indicators, vertical analysis will be used to observe the structure of individual financial statement positions, ie determine the proportion of a particular financial statement position in the appropriate sum, and a horizontal analysis will be applied to monitor the change in individual financial statement positions over time.
