Abstract
Tema rada je usmjerena na prikaz što je to ee otpad, kao i to koji su sve načini zbrinjavanja i obrade toga otpada. U radu se pobliže objašnjavaju koje su to sve komponente ee otpada i načini njihovog zbrinjavanja.. Analiziraju se svojstva EE otpada, klasifikacija EE otpada, te sam postupak gospodarenja EE otpadom. Isto tako opisana je zakonska regulativa RH koja je usklađena s pravnom stečevinom Europske Unijom. EE otpad je otpadna električna i elektronska oprema uključujući sklopove i sastavne dijelove koji nastaju u gospodarstvu te EE otpad iz kućanstva. Električna i elektronska oprema i uređaji predstavlja sve proizvode koji su za svoje pravilno djelovanje ovisi o električnoj energiji ili elektromagnetskim poljima kao i oprema za proizvodnju, prijenos i mjerenje struje. Cilj gospodarenja EE otpadom je uspostaviti sustav odvojenog skupljanja električnog i elektroničkog otpada radi njegove oporabe, zbrinjavanja, zaštite okoliša i zdravlja ljudi.
Abstract (english)
The topic of the paper is to show what EE waste is, as well as what are all ways of disposal and treatment of that waste. The paper explains in more detail what all the components of EE waste are and how they are disposed of. The properties of EE waste, the classification of EE waste and the process of EE waste management are analyzed. The legislation of the Republic of Croatia, which is harmonized with the acquis communautaire, is also described. EE waste is waste electrical and electronic equipment, including assemblies and constituents that are generated in the economy, and EE waste from the household. Electrical and electronic equipment and appliances represent all products that, for their proper operation, depend on electricity or electromagnetic fields, as well as equipment for generating, transmitting and measuring electricity. The aim of EE waste management is to establish a separate collection system for electrical and electronic waste for its recovery, disposal, environmental protection and human health.
