Environment of company includes external and internal environment. While external environment companies makes factors that outside influence on the company, internal environment makes internal factors of company. External environment is divided into general or social environment and business environment or environmental task. General or social environment make forces that are not influenced by the company, and management of company should observe and react of them. The business environment consists of all located in the immediate vicinity of the company and are associated with it. They are: competitors, customers, suppliers, government organizations, interest option, trade unions, owners and partners. The aim and purpose oft his final paper is to analyse environment of company „Ledo d.d.“ using SWOT and PEST analyses. The general environment is analyzed using PEST analysis, and the bigger impact have economic and technological environment, and the bigger threat is natural or physical environment. With the SWOT analysis it can be concluded that company has the expressive power of internal and external circumstances in relation to the internal weaknesses and external threats.
