Abstract
U suvremeno doba, novac je dobro koje olakšava i pojednostavljuje život. Novac je dobro kojim se mjeri vrijednost svih ostalih dobara i upotrebljava se kao opće prihvaćeno sredstvo razmjene i plaćanja. U ovome se radu objašnjavaju pojmovi novca, monetarne politike, inflacije, deflacije, a poseban se naglasak stavlja na HNB, središnju banku Republike Hrvatske. Hrvatska narodna banka, kao centralna banka u državi, ima za primarni cilj podršku općoj ekonomskoj politici vlade te brigu o stabilnosti financijskog sustava. Da bi ostvarila gore navedeno, Hrvatska narodna banka utvrđuje i provodi monetarnu politiku, politiku emisije primarnog novca, kontrolira rad banaka i nosi sve atribucije središnje banke utvrđene Ustavom Republike Hrvatske. Stanje u Republici Hrvatskoj nije idealno, stoga bi trebalo i dalje konstantno ulagati napore kako bi se navedeno stanje poboljšalo. Zaključak je da će Republika Hrvatska u budućnosti biti izložena novim izazovima i problemima, ali ukoliko hrvatska monetarna politika bude jaka i čvrsta, svi će se problemi riješiti.
Abstract (english)
In modern life, money is good which facilitates and simplifies life. The money is good which is measures value of the other goods with and it uses as generally accepted exchange and payment thing with. In this final paper explained are terms money, monetary politic, inflation, deflation, and the special accent is given on HNB, central bank of Republic Croatia. The primary objective of the Croatian National Bank as the central bank in the country is the support of the general economic policy of the government and the stability of the financial system. In order to achieve the afore mentioned, the Croatian National Bank establishes and implements monetary policy, controls bank operations and carries all the attributes of the central bank as established in the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia. The state in Republic of Croatia isnot ideal, what means that it is necesarry constantly invest efforts to improve that state. Conclusion is that Republic of Croatia will be, in the future, exposed at new challenges and problems, but if croatian monetary politic would be strong, every problems will be solved.
