Abstract
Ljudski kapital je najvrjedniji dio poduzeća bilo da se radi o radnicima na operativnoj razini bilo onoj vrhovnoj. Svaki sektor u poduzeću mora biti efektivan i kvalitetan u onome čime se bavi kako bi poslovanje bilo ekonomično i kvalitetno. Poduzeća koja se brinu o svojim zaposlenicima i konstantno potiču timski rad srastaju u jednu koherentnu zajednicu koja će biti ekonomična, efikasna, profitabilna i sretna zajednica. Da bi zaposlenik vjerovao u ono što radi i da bi dobro i kvalitetno izvršio zadatke mora biti sretan. Motiviran i zadovoljan. Zaposlenik može biti motiviran i potaknut materijalnim i nematerijalnim čimbenicima, te financijskim ili nefinancijskim. Motivacija započinje zadovoljstvom zaposlenika sa plaćom, honorarima, plaćenim putnim troškovima, podmirenim socijalnim davanjima, dostupnošću kredita. Potom tu motivaciju jačaju i osjećaj pripadnosti poduzeću u kojem radi, dostupnost slobodnih dana i korištenja godišnjih odmora i grupne aktivnosti unutar poduzeća (seminari, rekreacije, predavanja). Cilj ovog rada je prikazati motivacijski sustav na primjeru poduzeća Falkensteiner Zadar .
Abstract (english)
People are the most valuable segment of one company from the lowest to the highest positioned employees. Each sector within the enterprise has to be the most effective and high quality in what they do in way to perform bussines economically. Companies that take care about their employees and constantly encourage teamwork growth into one coherent community that will be a cost-effective, efficient, pofitable and happy communities. In order to believe in what they do and to be great at it, employees have to be happy. Motivated and satisfied. An employee may be motivated by material or immaterial factors, weather financial or non-financial. One's motivation begins with satisfation on salary, travel expenses, paid social ensurances, loan availability. This motivation is then strengthened by the sense of belonging (as like your belonging to your family), use of days off, anual vacatons and group activities within the company (seminars, recreations, lectures). The goal of this paper is to present motivational system on the example of Falkensteiner Zadar.
