Abstract
Pravno se koncesija definira kao dozvola za obavljanje neke djelatnosti uvjetovana posebnim odobrenjem. U najširem smislu koncesija predstavlja akt (grant, odobrenje, dozvola, razrješenje, Erlaubnis) vlast jedne države kojom se građanima te države, drugoj državi ili stranim državljanima dozvoljava na njenom području obavljanje onih djelatnosti za koje inače postoji zabrana. U Hrvatskom pravu uređene su Zakonom o koncesiji iz 2012. U koncesije se između ostalih, daju i državna lovišta. U Hrvatskoj postoji 308 državnih lovišta. Uredbe u vezi davanja državnih lovišta u koncesije uređene su Zakonom o lovstvu.
Abstract (english)
Legal concession is defined as permission to perform some activities conditional special permit. In the broadest sense of the concession is an act (grant, approval, license, resolution, Erlaubnis) government of a country with which the citizens of the state, another state or foreign nationals allowed on its territory perform those activities that otherwise there is no ban. The Croatian law are regulated by the concession of the 2012th The concessions are among others, give the state hunting grounds. In Croatia there are 308 state hunting grounds. Regulation concerning the granting of state hunting grounds in concessions are regulated by the Hunting Act.
