Abstract
Pojava Interneta kao novog elektroničnog medija značila je prekretnicu, ne samo u komunikaciji i dostupnosti informacija, već je i u velikoj mjeri pridonjela promjeni načina života. U današnjem društvu Internet je neizbježan. Pojava elektroničke pošte, online trgovine i internetskog bankarstva, društvenih mreža i slično, s jedne strane uvelike olakšava svakodnevni život, no s druge strane je otvorila nove mogućnosti ugrožavanja privatnost. Zbog toga je važno naglasiti da je korisnike interneta potrebno educirati o medijskoj pismenosti, kako bi se znali što bolje zaštititi. Ovim radom prikazane su loše stvari interneta, opasnosti kojima svakodnevno podlježemo svjesno ili nesvjesno. Zahvaljujući literaturui koja je korištena pri pisanju ovog rada u njemu je prikazan način na koji se možemo obraniti od svakojakih napada bilo na nas ili na našu djecu.
Abstract (english)
The advent of the Internet as a new electronic medium marked a turning point, not only in communication and the availability of information, but also greatly contributed to a change in lifestyle. In today's society, the Internet is not avoided today. The emergence of e-mail, online commerce and online banking, social networks and the like, on the one hand, greatly facilitates daily life, but on the other hand, has opened up new opportunities that threaten privacy. Therefore, it is important to emphasize that internet users need to be educated on media literacy in order to know how to protect themselves better. This work shows the bad things of the Internet, the dangers we are subject to every day, whether consciously or unconsciously. Thanks to the literature used to write this paper, it shows how we can defend ourselves against all sorts of attacks on us or our children.
